Order returned, no refund paid

I ordered a gift for my partner's birthday online but did not receive a confirmation. After 10 days, I reached out to inquire about the order as it should have arrived within 12 days. Eventually, I received a delayed email confirmation and a UPS tracking number, which revealed an error in my email address. UPS faced issues with the address and tried to return the parcel. Upon contacting Trapstar again, they claimed the address was incorrect. However, after reviewing my confirmation email, the address matched the one on Google Maps. I sent this proof to Trapstar but have not received a response since. Despite numerous attempts to contact them over almost a month, I have not received my order or a refund, and trying to communicate through live chat has been unsuccessful, adding to the frustration

AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AT ALL COST! Ordered a hoodie with a 9 working day lead time.Emailed later to be told it’s 20 working days lead time! Still waiting but got a feeling it will never arrive! Scammers and money grabbing bustards!

Avoid at all costs as they are just scammers!!!

You don’t even deserve to be given one star!!! Your company should be shut down. You are never able to fulfill customer orders, 4 times I’ve placed orders with you only to be told they aren’t in stock, but I was only informed of this once I had emailed querying where my orders were. But although you’ve informed me I’m not getting my items you do not like to issue the refunds!! As of today I am waiting for a refund totalling £277!! If my refund is not issued within the next 24 hours I will be taking this further!! I will be contacting trading standards and my bank as this is fraud!! And if I have to take it all the way to court I will as clearly reading all the other reviews I’m not the only one you’ve conned!! YOUR COMPANY IS JUST A SCAM FOR YOU TO TAKE OTHER PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY!! My order numbers are TS1299495 and TS1291661

Worst company for delivery and take no…

Worst company for delivery and take no accountability. Worst customer service ever I have been waiting over 2 months for my order I have emailed 4 times and been ignored every time. Surprised they’re able to maintain any kind of success. They clearly don’t know how to run a company or how to scale it’s embarrassing. Invest more into your operations and customer service. Everyone is complaining about the same thing!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, will never from purchase from them ever again! I ordered 2 tracksuits for my son’s birthday, one came but the other did not. I emailed them multiple times which they ignored and they said they will close the query because they sent it from their behalf which is ridiculous. They had no proof and when I asked, they ignored me. They would not give me a refund or send another one. They said to contact UPS which was not helpful because the parcel was delivered but one item was missing which was fault from there side. I wasted 185£. So disgusting!

They are just money grabbing goofs, Their quality of there products is absolutely discustingly cheap. i brought a coat from them it came with a broke zipper, i have purchased a tracksuit from them with the stitching very visably badly on them and all they want to do is offer you Store credit? why would anyone with any sence want to purchase something from these lot... And they can flex on their grams with big diamond chains etc etc, it's crazy.

Never received order

ordered item mid Feb with a 10-12 day delivery window.Several emails sent chasing, responses from the company were poor. Eventually gave up waiting for the item after 6-7 weeks and requested a refund. I was told this would be done - surprisingly it wasn't and I also had to chase that... hoping that will be with me soon!!

Ordered items on the 11/2/24 for my son…

Ordered items on the 11/2/24 for my son made numerous contact via email to chase where my order was. Informed last week that they had been a delay in locating one of the items and would be in contact this week regarding delivery , to no avail. Been now told I will receive a refund! Absolutely shocking! Strongly advise to not waste your time and buy elsewhere.
