Review Time
Ordered a hat 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Messaged them on instagram and by email saying it has been over almost 10 days and i hadn’t received it despite having a email saying delivered. It took 4 days for a reply and was told they would send another.. despite me asking for a refund as the time for it had passed they ignored that part and said it would be in 3-5 working days. It’s now been over a week and i’m still emailing and calling. i used to order from them often in my younger years but i’ve had too many issues. i ordered a top once before and it took 4 months to come. I even forgot i ordered it. The definition of paying for the brand name and not the item. Ridiculous customer service. Definitely not ordering again. Maybe the day after that i might recieve my parcel or perhaps a simple response that doesn’t seem like a robot
Ordered a tracksuit 3 weeks ago and paid £170 for it. Still no tracksuit. Emailed customer services who say 48 hour response, still no response over 48 hours later. Tried to connect to the chat bot but no agents there!!! appalling service for items that cost the earth!
Purchased a coat for my daughter in October by December the colour was peeling away at the cuffs. Emailed a photo to customer services who advised to return for a full refund. 1 week later email revived advising the fault was the customer not a manufacturing fault and would be returned without a refund. Had to dispute on my credit card in the end. No phone contact available Web chat goes unanswered Emails takes days to respond Absolutely shocking customer service 😡
I bought on 26 Nov 23 my son a jacket from Trapstar on sale for £141. The stitching for the lining at the right arm has split after 4 weeks. My son told me about it few days a go. I sent two emails to Trapstar including an attachment showing the split. I've been waiting for days now, without any acknowledgement to my email not alone sorting the issue.For a jacket marked at £175 I feel it should last for more than 4 weeks. For an expensive product like that, there should be a better customer service. You can't just get your money and neglect to deliver a service should there be an issue with the product.Your online help is useless. So far I bought two jackets and bottoms for my son from you, but I will never touch your product again
After wearing a £100 hoodie a few times my son noticed the lettering was peeling off so I returned it (I bought it for him as a birthday gift) only to be told that it was the fault of the wearer and they refuse to refund or replace as it shows signs of wear. So a months worth of wear justifies the lettering falling off? Very poor quality and poor customer service. Won’t be ordering again.
Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Ordered 2 coats on 21st november, they sat in my local UPS center for a month waiting for Trapstar's customs declaration which they never sent. Items were returned to them on 21st december and ever since then I've been waiting for my refund. Every time I email them i get the same automated response. It's been a month now without being refunded. Never buy anything here you have been warned
