if i could rate a 0 i would, i placed an order on the 28th of december and it didn’t not come till the 16th of February, i emailed numerous times just to get no answer but template responses. then once i got a reply they told me the item was out of stock, why let a customer order something out of stock ?! i didn’t get a refund for my shipping like promised for the delay and once i asked for a full refund they ignored the email until the week after when the package got delivered. do not buy from this disgraceful company unless u want to wait nearly up to 2 months for your package to come. ridiculous awful company and awful customer service.

Very bad customer service they don’t respond I order a tracksuit since 6th of January I still haven’t received a tracking number till date I have emailed them several times no response for a big brand I don’t expect this I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Update about my order from trapstar I would like to apologize because I wrote a bad review on this company due to my order being 2 weeks behind. Well today I want to say my order arrived to my son and he love it and we have to learn patience because they do have a very busy business and high demand is all that tells me. So with this being said I apologize for jumping the gun on the company because they did provide.

I will write an honest 2nd review on my third order with TRAPSTAR! Basically, I am only giving 4 stars this time instead of 5 as heard nothing between the 9-12 window and thought, I would need to look into getting a refund. However, I sent support a reminder on the 11th day and was still worried on day 13 but I got a reply saying there was a delay and that I should hear within 48 hours, which I was not confident about with other recent reviews. I am pleased to report that I have just had my hoodies delivered from UPS albeit they delivered around 3 hours earlier then the scheduled timeslot.My hoodies which is the important thing, fit like a glove, the quality of the garments look head and shoulders above any other hoodie's I've worn and it would be amazing if the prints do not fade soon, like some others have mentioned!Overall and even though, Trapstar made me sweat somewhat with this order, I am over the moon with my purchase and hope they manage to sort out disgruntled people who put reviews!

I place an order on the 26th December.(£200) ....emailed 3 days ago to chase where it is and have had no response whatsoever.......this was my sons Christmas money. I would not recommend this company. I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering......stay well clear.

Ordered something as a birthday gift…

Ordered something as a birthday gift the first item arrived within 3 days of ordering but unfortunately didn’t fit, I ordered another 2 items which told me would arrived two days before the birthday I ordered this on the 26th of Jan and the birthday being on the 9th of feb. It’s now been 16 working days since I did this order (it’s now the 16th of feb) and still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacting customer service other 15 times with no information given to me and just not to wait till my parcel arrives nor will they give me a refund and it takes about 3/4 hours for an agent to come onto the chat and when they do they are not helpful at all. Absolutely appalled as the items I ordered wasn’t cheap May is add I also had to pay over £7 for delivery. Never again.

Worst customer service going

Worst customer service going. Ordered 2 t-shirts for my sons on 28th December. Still not recieved. Emailed team who responded 4days later to say its out of stock do I want a refund. Still waiting for my refund and no response to my email x5days later. Poor customer service and would avoid. Need to do better!

The coat was bought in the summer because it was in the sale. It was bought to be used as a winter coat. It was worn 3 times, hence trying to get it dry cleaned!The care label is wrong as it states it can be put through any cycle & Tesco only did it on a delicate cycle because of the rubber transfers. If it had been done on a different cycle the dirt may have come out but I dread to think what the rest of the coat would have looked like.Therefore this makes this a manufacture problem.I sent copies of the dry cleaning report & still nothing! Absolutely disgusted 🤬🤬🤬
