Don't bother...

The customer service is shocking it takes multiple emails over a week and then threats of contacting the bank to report them as fraudulent and get a refund to even get a response, clothes turning up 6 weeks late with no updates and delivery company changing the delivery dates multiple times then taking it to a random shop miles from where I live! Will never order from this company again!

I ordered my jacket on the 31st of december, they had shipped it on the 2nd and i had recieved it on the 3rd, amazing shipping and a good quality jacket for the price.

Place an order on the 2nd of December.I need to return it as wrong size of the paying myself to return it.Trap star received it on the 10th of December. After many, many inquiries, most without replys i still have not received my refund on the 3rd of January.although i received an email yesterday to say its been refunded.There isn't a phone number and only automated customer service. I'm fuming.very poor service.

Terrible company - AVOID

Terrible company! I sent a large order back end of November which was signed for my Trapstar start of December and I have still not received my refund. This is not the first time but hoped it wouldn’t be an issue again. I have emailed numerous times and sent message in instagram but no response. I would AVOID this company as they are terrible at customer service. This issue is still ongoing with no response from them after a month.

Don't bother buying from this…

Read the reviews for yourself 75% people vote one star for Trapstar. Wish I read the reviews on here before making an order.Don't bother buying from this brand..the customer service number doesn't exist. The online customer service chatbot online is no help what so ever. Still waiting for a refund after month no help off customer service. They do not reply on the online chat service. This has probably been one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with regards to customer service. Considering their products are not on the cheap side, you would think they would have a better service. Be warned if returning products you may have a fight getting your money back!**Update this company is being dissolved check the companies house. Doubt any of us will see a refund...Robbing wa******!

I’ve ordered 20 days ago I still haven’t received my parcel customer service is non existent as no one has still replied to my email. Absolutely shocking huge brand you’d think they would invest some profit back into the company but nope. Packages from china arrive faster

I'd give zero stars if I could

I'd give zero stars if I could. I spent e90 on this item. It was a Christmas present. My son wore it once it was washed on a 30 degree wash and the logo came off the back but not the front. They offered me a 15% refund which I refused. They were then sending me a return label and Iv still not received it. They are rip of merchants. Taking peoples hard earned money for products you could buy in a 2nd store.

Ordered 31/12 still waiting

Ordered 31/12, dispatch date given as 19/01, no response from emails asking when order is being sent, payment taken from account £190 at time of order, now raised query with bank.

Disgusting service

Disgusting service, ordered on the 4th for Xmas, didn’t turn up, took a week for customer service to reply, they told me I’d get it within another week, emailed me this morning cancelling the order, my boy is gutted, shocking form from trapstar

Absolute let down

Absolute let down. Ordered an item on 2nd December to be told on the 22nd of December that it was out of stock. This was a Christmas present. Getting a refund was a mare they refunded me £5 and I paid £190 so having to wait an additional 14 days to get the remaining £185.
