This company is an absolute nightmare

This company is an absolute nightmare, to get hold of ,finally found a contact number after emailing them numerous times to get no reply to then get through to hear this number is no longer available. I am so angry as I spent £380 for my sons birthday present and still no reply or even confirmation email. Won't be ordering again from here.

Undelivered Tracksuit

I ordered a tracksuit on 11 January for my sons birthday, it still hasn't arrived, I've emailed and emailed but still no tracksuit. They use the same reply asking for details then no help to resolve it.They don't have a customer service telephone number to contact just chat bots which are useless.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE, IT IS BASICALLY STEALING MY MONEY.Update , still no tracksuit, still being fobbed off with automatic emails. I payed,even shipping is 50€,soni payed 170€ just to get email from TRAPSTAR.LTD site that they refunded my order,i did not want or ask them to do that,then they say that i need to pay more 170€ just to get tracking number,TRAPSTAR.LTD site IS HUGE SCAM,just for the people who are insecure,dont buy from them….you will be sad after that belive me! TRAPSTAR.LTD ARE HUGE SCAMMERS.

Where’s my tracksuit

I ordered a tracksuit for my son on the 9th January, I have tried to reach out to trapstar on numerous occasions and their customer support is absolutely ridiculous, fobbed off all the time and being told is was a pre order item that the would start dispatching from January 19th, still no email to say it’s been dispatched. I sent an email 4days ago for update and it’s been ignored, this company is a joke, never again. Will need to contact my back for a chargeback

Would give zero stars if was an option. Paud £200 for a coat, they attempted to deliver once but werent in so they returned it. Sent many emails to say we wanted the item resending but got no response, tried the live chat but nobody replies & leaves you sitting there with no response. Had to email many times again with no response then received an automated reply saying they had received the item back & issueing a full refund within 3-5 working days however that was 2 weeks ago & still no refund & STILL no response to any emails. Im ringing the bank tomorrow to report them for fraud

I wish I could choose ZERO stars

I wish I could choose ZERO stars. Returned due to faulty zipper on 15th December 2023, Royal Mail tracked have confirmed that they received it, it’s been 3 weeks and I have not heard a single thing. No phone number, not replying to dm’s and live chat messages. Fuming. Never again

After reading the reviews now looks like I’m having the same fate as many other people ordered a women’s tracksuit for a present on the 5th January haven’t received a email to say it’s on its way our they have received payment looks like trapstar has had its day charging extortionate prices but on letting there customers know where they stand with there order hopefully trapstar will see this and get back to me with a REFUND our my tracksuit
