Review Time
My son spent his Christmas money on a tracksuit on 26th December, order confirmation states 9-12 working days for dispatch. No further communication, no response from customer service. No other option but to dispute the transaction via my bank. Absolutely terrible experience!!
I bought an item in November for a Christmas gift for my son. Returns are only within a one month time frame - the coat is a little short and looks more for a girl - I only wanted a credit note - nope!! They are not friendly they don’t allow extra time frame for Xmas gifts. Their policy states within a month and they won’t budge. They have lost a good customer. And by the way Tax3 clothing is way better for quality and design. I’m sticking with tax3 from now on. Will never ever ever buy another item from Trapstar. What a waste of £200 when times are tough!!!!! Credit note at least you thieves.
What a scam of a company!!! Ordered a ttapstar jacket for my granddaughters xmas present on 3rd Nov. Having emailed numerous times to be told be patient it will arrive. Still nothing! Sick of their lies I rang my bank and they put my money back in my account while I was on the phone. And they are investing them. DONT WAIT! RING UR BANK. GET THIS SCAM COMPANY SHUT DOWN
Recieved my item that I returned, however won't refund the money! £255! Bunch of thieves! Tried contacting them, no response even over a week later and over a week after receiving it! They just keep asking how my experience was! I'll be taking this further and never purchasing from you again! You signed for the item that actually arrived over a week after it was apparently delivered. Now refund the money you owe me.Avoid here at ALL costs!
TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT ORDER BECAUSE YOU WONT RECEIVE IT!!I ordered my son a tracksuit on the 2/12/23 for Christmas and they left it to 4 days before to tell me they had no more in stock but had taken my money.Best thing is they wouldn't have even let me know unless I'd contacted them to find out emwhere the tracksuit was.STEAR WELL CLEAR OF TRAPSTAR!!
So poor. I placed an order on 3rd December for some clothes for my son for Christmas- I was then notified on 20th December that the item was out of stock and wouldn’t be delivered! Its now too late to get him anything else and I will have to wait for a refundSo poor, will be staying clear of this company
