Do not buy from, they take your money and do not send out what you have ordered, I’ve been waiting since the end of October and still nothing. I never received any written confirmation of my order. I have made many requests via e-mail but no answer at all. I have reported to trading standards.
I ordered my Trapstar jacket 2 days ago and it has just arrived 10/10 service 10/10 quality I don't get all the bad reviews it came the correct size and fits perfectly this is my 2nd time bying and I will be ordering again 100%
Placed another order with this company. 5 items in total all 5* quality my son is really happy. I have no idea what the problem is with all the negative reviews. Ordering was easy, payment and delivery no issues I use the Shop App to track parcel delivery slow but item arrived. Will order again really happy with purchases.
Do not order from this scam artist never sent my order then was trying to get more money out of me to resend it out and wouldnt give me a refund after a month of waiting. Taking it to trading standards to get my money back Horrible experience and ignorant communication. Will not order anything again.
Awful experience , we recently purchased 2 Tee shirts that have not arrived .We received an email from the courier UPS saying items arrived but sadly they haven’t and no card in letterbox .I contacted Trapstar customer services but they have ignored my mail .Shocking service avoid this conmpany at all costs .
Shocking Customer Service. The coat cost £260 was 10 months old and professionally dry-cleaned and a report to confirm from the Dry-Cleaners. The lettering lifted on the front of the coat and they claim that because its over 6 month old they can do nothing. Do not waste your money on buying an original so called quality garment. CrapStar is more like it. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid
I placed an order at the beginning of September, it is now 12/10/2023 and I still have no idea where my order is! I paid via klarna who extended my pay due date as I haven’t received the items yet but it is now due to be paid tomorrow and I can only raise 1 issue with them! It says contact store, well that’s a joke as you only get a robot conversation and they say a member of the team will get back to you and they never do! I must of emailed them 30 times and still nothing!!! Please do not order from this company they are a joke!!!!!! 😡😡😡
SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!I am absolutelly pissed off !!! Waiting 16 days already ! No communication. No phone number. No human to have a conversation with !Fortunatelly Klarna took the weight on their shoulders ! They reported the case and will help me so to be honest it is a blessing because if Trapstar wont respond then Klarna will retrieve my money. Trapstar is taking a p**s and people should stop ordering there. Disgusting. Phone number is not working. Emails are comming with automatic responses. Horrible experience !
Placed order on 17/09/2023. Today is 10/10/2023 and I still have no idea on when I'm getting my items. Customer service is a joke, no phone number and takes an age to respond to emails, I'm still waiting for a reply to my email sent 5 days ago. I won't be buying from here again.
