Review Time
I have previously ordered from this company a year ago and had no issues. However, I placed an order on the 22.11.23 and I hadn’t received a shipping or anything. I emailed the customers service and then I got a shipping email through. They gave me a delivery date of the 11th December. It is now the 21st and I have received nothing! No one is replying to my emails now or the Instagram chat. I will not be ordering from this company again. A Christmas present that will not be here. Customer service is horrendous. States 48 hours for a reply.
Worst company ever.Ordered a jacket. Waited over 2 months. When package arrived it was sunglasses, and cheap ones.Contacted the customer service. No help there at all.They offered a misely refund of 35.8 % if i kept the sunglasses that i didnt order and already have paid the toll for on top of the price already paid. Then they offered a full payback if I sent the wrongfull item delievered to china, but again no service in providing return label, that expence they wanted me to pay, which cost a fortune for a privat person. And if lost in customs or any Thing Else happens they wont refund, so basicly a trap.I have never meet a company like this. No customer service. No correct goods recieved. No help at all.Do not order anything here. You will get scammed!
Absolutely disgusting paid for a tracksuit waited for two and a half weeks no delivery refusing to answer emails on whereabouts of the order contacted on social media still no reply literally robbed me of my hard earnt money please avoid at all cost scammers
Ordered 2 t shirts over a month ago still not been sent out tryed chatting on line waited hours for a human to get bk to me but nothing in 2 days sent several emails and still nothing there customer service is the bad won't be buying from them again !!!!
My order came quickly but when it didn’t fit and i tried to return that’s where the problem started. The phone doesn’t pick up. The email replies are long and the chat is flipping useless. Returns are so complicated as if they don’t want you to return any of their items. I had to pay for tracked delivery to their warehouse and still haven’t received a notification to see that they’ve received it but on my tracked delivery it says it’s been delivered and someone who works there has signed for it. The customer service is disgusting to be honest and very slow. Still currently chasing them down for my refund. Gonna have to go with my bank now because of how long they’re taking. The delivery is quick but just make sure you know your size before you order because returning with them is a myth
I ordered my trapstar tracksuit on Friday 29th. I have just received my order. Quick delivery, easy website to order from. I like the trap star tracksuit it’s black and white colour because it’s very stylish. don’t understand the bad reviews when the service is 10/10. Will be ordering from trapstar again.
