Don’t order from this brand cheap material sold at an insane markup because of instagram clout. Back in June is when I ordered and nothing until today where I got told that I won’t be receiving my orders it’s a shame because this brand used to be good but yeah fck this brand save your time and money. better off buying reps or cortiez
Trapstar is a bad Company. Really sad and disappointed they never sent my Coat. I ordered it 5th September but I managed to cancel it and in 2 days I got my money back shows to give a 2 star. As you can see most reviews are bad because it's true trapstar is a terrible brand. Traverse is terrible. Stick with brands such as Cortiez, Hoodrich or Supreme. There way better!!
STAY AWAY! This is only a hyped-up instagram brand, other than that their service is APPALLING. Shipping policy states 9-12 working days (which is long already), nearly THREE months in and i still did not receive a despatch email, despite their team (Chyan & Deneil) telling me "it will be dispatched at the end of next week at the latest" on SEVERAL occasions. I even had to go through a LONG process to get cancel my order for a refund! Absolute joke of a company, not sure there's any company in the UK that takes this long let alone the entire world! Your orders are not direct from a warehouse, but probably made to order from China!Save your money, hassle and stay away just as you've seen with the rest of the reviews!
WARNING ❗️ Do not use this Micky mouse so called company. There fraudsters. Been waiting 3 months for parcel. I was told that my address didn’t exist lived here for over 20 years said they would send it back out! Then said we haven’t got that item in stock anymore! Yet they had mine back!!!! Nobody answers phone it just says number is no line longer in service. Jokers.
Had a minor issue with the quality of my purchase (a small hole in one of the pockets), but the team was so quick to respond and send me a replacement of my purchase within hours of my original email. Was so impressed not only with their customer service, but their speedy international shipping too (Was supposed to be up to 30 business days and came within 5).
AVOID AVOID AVOID, Ordered back in august, tried to chase up at 8 days but told I had to wait till the 12 days was up. Surprise surprise did not turn up after the 12th day. Had ordered for my sons birthday so was very disappointed. I contacted them and was told it should be here by the end of next week, and they would refund my delivery. That is not good enough as would have been going on, for nearly three weeks by this point. not happy so I asked for a refund and amazingly they have agreed and processed the refund straight away. It shouldn’t be this difficult to order, and receive products.
Really slow to deliver and slow to reply to emails 9-12 days from the Uk to deliver to a uk address is ridiculous They don’t inform you of any delays and answer emails slowly I won’t order again missed a birthday present date due to the late delivery If you can’t keep to delivery times you should at least refund the high postage charges
