Review Time
We ordered a jacket in the sale two weeks ago. First of all the tracking link didn’t work then I was given a new tracking link for a different company and it showed the parcel sitting in a warehouse even though it stated delivery would be last week. I checked again tonight and UPS are saying the parcel is being returned. My teenage son is so upset as he really wants this jacket! I’m so disappointed.
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.I never ordered anything from them, never even went to their web site. Just received a UPS parcel from them with an invoice (with a partially incorrect address). They charged my CC but my bank phoned me and the bank then cancelled the transaction.Scammers 100%
Trapstar are scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered a trapstar coat on the 5th of September and my item still isn’t here. No contact and no information or emails whatsoever. Do not waste your money on trapstar Because you will never receive your items. I hope Trapstar get closed down for good because it is wrong how they treat their customers. Going to the Bank on Friday to try get my money back. Never ever recommend this brand!! Order issues and company is a failure. I will not order from them again!!! F**KING FAILURE!
Awful experience. Wouldn't even give company 1 star to be honest. Instead of receiving shorts I ordered I received a dirty smelly jumper. Absolutely shocking!!!. E-mails ignored, chats not responded to or phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....
Second review since my products just got delivered. I honestly don't know why there are so many 1 star reviews. Easy and quick delivery with no problems and perfect package tracking. When then goods came they were the correct size I ordered and they fit perfectly. The quality is excellent. Both of the products were in perfect condition. I've already bought 3 times from them and I'll buy again soon 100%.
The worst ever brand to ever order from, so misleading! Even if you give yourself plenty of time to order something before going away or to an event, Trapstar will find a way to mess your plans up and act like they haven't done anything wrong. Such a lack of a accountability! The worst part is that they were never like this before so it must be a recent thing. Customer service is appalling, they take ages and never answer your query, it's like speaking to a robot. They've ruined my holiday plans and have left me in a situation without any resolution. Honestly do not order from this place, they will disappoint you every single time!
My husband ordered a tracksuit for my son but it was too big. After getting the returns address and paying signed for postage the tracksuit was returned as it was the wrong address. We still have the tracksuit months later as they are impossible to comply with. We even ordered the smaller size which we kept but we’re stuck with the larger one. My 12year old son even paid with his own money he’d saved. To the woman who said poor reviews could ruin a business!, I’m sure if you was in this position you’d not be offering a high review either!.
