My experience with Trapstar has been nothing short of a nightmare. Communication has been nonexistent, and I've been waiting for my delivery since August. The lack of communication is inexcusable. I've reached out multiple times with no response. Waiting for a delivery for months without any updates or information is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.I had high hopes for Trapstar, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I can't recommend them based on this level of service and communication. It's been a terrible experience, and I hope others don't have to go through the same ordeal.
Everything with trapstar is a good service! I’ve been ordering since 2017 and not going to lie my wardrobe is amazing😂 I asked for a refund on my order as i wanted other items and there was a logistics delay on what i ordered and with a few hours they messaged me back with a full explanation and told me refund should be within 3-4 working day which I couldn’t of been more pleased with!
I’ve been robbed ! Please I urge everyone not to order. They have one person on emails who takes over weeks to reply. But order was ruined , I asked for a refund and they refused ! On no clear basis ! Disgusting caused me anxiety for weeks as it’s not cheap and my money was spend on them ! Scammers !!
Trapstar - the worst run company i have ever shopped with!!! Placed an order, after waiting 6 weeks, 2 items get refunded, 1 week later, i still have not recieved the remaining items. The company is run very unproffessionally. I have filled in a contact form and sent over 20 emails, no response. Absolutly pathetic!!!
I attempted to place an order of £160 (a pouch + a hoodie) on the this website. I pressed 'order' to complete the transaction and the website took me back to the checkout section, saying there was an 'error' - the supposed error was that my billing address didn't match my delivery address (which wasn't even true). I checked my Monzo account right away and the money was taken. These frauds took the £160 and the order didn't even go through. I went to the 'my orders' section on the website and it said i hadn't placed any orders and my items were still in the basket. No order confirmation email either over 45 mins later. Bottom line, the order didn't go through, yet trapstar took my mastercard details, my identity details, my address details and also the £160 and ran. Flipping scammers. Never order from this washed website.
Waited over 5 weeks for my sons hoodie still not received it. After 3 weeks I used the bot to contact customer support they refunded me postage and said it will arrive next week - it never arrived. I contacted them today to ask for a refund as I have given up all hope now of receiving the sixty pound hoodie, as soon as I asked for refund I was ignored I was left for over an hour waiting for someone from customer support to speak to me - they quite obviously do not want to refund and think if they ignore you that you will go away - terrible way to treat your customers. I asked to speak to a manager - no reply. I sent a number of polite messages they were all ignored. I have gone now to resolver to try and get some advice and help to resolve this issue. As you can see from all these bad reviews they are not a good company to buy from and have many issues. A good start would to be to get some good customer support staff - possibly they are told not to refund ?
On three different occasions across a month and half I have been to Birmingham bullring store to find it closed every time I turn up sign on the door says 11:00am to 7:00pm but one is there or no sign to say why it’s closed or if anyone would be in the store at all later on in the day.
