Disappointing and let down…..

I have ordered in the past from trapstar with no problem at all so was not afraid to order again. However this time I have not received my goods and nobody is responding to emails or calls. My son who saved up his money to buy this brand as we all know how popular it is is devastated. I will not be ordering again we will find another brand that cares about its customer.

Awful awful service

Awful awful service! Placed an order 3 weeks ago, no communication about any delays and when contacting them they don’t respond or they reply asking for more information then ignore it. Tried all ways to contact them to no avail. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them, it’s not worth the stress!!

Money taken goods not received no way of contacting this company they do not answer or reply to mess

I have ordered from this company before and had no problems but this last order my son has saved his money and ordered a hoody which they sent a confirmation email saying 3-5 day delivery and 2 weeks later we still haven’t received, we have sent several contact forms tried calling left voicemails when they don’t answer after 15mins and puts you though to voice mails, tried insta contact but no one replies!
