Please do not order from this company

Please do not order from this company, I ordered a tracksuit for my Son back in November after several emails and calls to try and chase my order i soon realised this company had zero customer service they do not answer the phone and any emails you do get a reply from are from a generic template. In January I disputed the payment with my bank and they returned the money, however Trapstar are now trying to recoup the money back saying it was dispatched!!!! Can not believe it. Please save your self the let down as you won’t receive the goods

Update returns

Update: I got my refund back it was suppose to take 3-5 working days but it took more then 3 weeks don’t even bother contacting them because they do not respond when item arrives they don’t bother responding anymore another option to get money back make a dispute at your bank that was just not easy getting a refund when I sent the items tracked next day :(((((

Terrible Company and Support

Horrible company. 2 owners that have no clue on how to keep promises and run the company in a respectable manner.“Support” is a joke. Nobody responds to e-mails, live chats and phone. It’s like there is only 1 guy taking the shift.Every item they launch is a pre-order for some reason that takes 2-3 months to arrive. Never on time.I recommend paying a bit of extra money on re-sell websites or buying from other UK Streetwear brands such as Corteiz. Don’t buy from here, it will do your head in.

Only giving one star as can't give zero…

Only giving one star as can't give zero! Do not buy from Trapstar! Daughter worked hard for her money, she's only 15 and paid £155 for an item which hasn't been received. She's emailed, I've emailed, we've contacted through social media. Nothing. Absolutely disgusting service. I'm so upset and angry for her.

My son wanted a tracksuit from here, I was weary because of all the negative reviews but happy to say no issues. Ordered on the 18th February arrived on the 21st.

Great service and good quality tracksuit

I used Trapstar's chat line to find out about sizing. They emailed me back that day with an answer. I made an order last Friday and the tracksuit was delivered today (Wednesday). The tracksuit is good quality and my son is very happy. I was really concerned about the reviews on here before ordering so called a friend who I knew had already ordered from TrapStar. She said she had no problems, so I thought I would give it a chance. I am so glad I did as I have had no problems at all- hence they deserve 5 stars. Based on my experience I will order from TrapStar again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM TRAPSTAR

I ordered a tracksuit on 9th December, still no tracksuit. I have emailed them several times where I was asked to provide my order number TWICE. Then again no response, I have tried phoning them and after waiting for an hour then was asked to leave a message and I would be contacted back. No one has responded. Would tell everyone to AVOID this company absolute disgrace.
