AVOID THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.My 15 year old son saved for months to purchase a £195 tracksuit in November.And we have received nothing.We have tried contacting trapstar by email,phone and even tried calling both shops only to be told to leave a voicemail many times.They have completely ignored all attempts of contact and kept the payment.This is not only a disgraceful way to run a company and treat customers but also criminal offence by obtaining money by deception that we will certainly be pursuing.I only wish that I had read reviews beforehand as I wouldn’t have sent this shady company any money.I’m surprised that the media haven’t jumped onto this yet as it is theft on a grand scale!!👎🏼
Ordered my son a £190 tracksuit , arrived promptly but within one wash the tracksuit is falling apart Horrendously poor customers services , no response what so ever , don’t answer ANY contact - avoid at all costs people this place is shocking

I bought some hoodies from trapstar in december but they were too small so i sent them back and I did not get my money back and I sent 1000 of mails but they dont react I think they dont even have a customer service!Trapstar if you see this and want mee to change my review
My Son ordered a tracksuit with his christmas money,have not received anything credit card has been charged they are not replying to several emails sent after getting a ticket support number no reply unable to get through to them by phone after months of trying .Will be reporting to Metropolitan police as theft.
My son ordered item in Dec using his Christmas money but the item didn’t arrive for a month. Sizing was terrible so arranged a return with proof of purchase at the beginning of Feb - it has taken till now after raising a case using resolver to get money back. The company do not respond to emails or phone calls. Dreadful experience.
I have purchased 2 men’s tracksuits and have been pleased with the quality, sizing and delivery times.The first was a preorder and arrived around the release date. The second was ordered 01/03/23 and delivered by DPD on the 02/03/23.I have never had to return an item so cannot comment.I think Trapstar should consider free delivery when you spend over a certain amount.
