I just received probably one of the worst looking jumpers I’ve ever seen in my life! I bought it straight from the website and the jumper was £79 after delivery and stuff it came to over £80. I’m so disappointed in the brand from seeing other reviews they really need to sort their sh**t out for real! Because they are robbing people blind with expensive clothes but with very poor quality materials
I have purchased 2 men’s tracksuits and have been pleased with the quality, sizing and delivery times.The first was a preorder and arrived around the release date. The second was ordered 01/03/23 and delivered by DPD on the 02/03/23.I have never had to return an item so cannot comment.I think Trapstar should consider free delivery when you spend over a certain amount.
Trapstar are still out here doing drops when there’s a whole army of people waiting to either receive a product or refund. I have been waiting over 40 days now for my item to arrive the lady who responded to me within trapstar customer service (chayan) told me 3 weeks ago il receive it end of the week. I haven’t received any response since that day, when you call all you hear is the background music for hours. I don’t know if mikey or lee are aware of there absolutely atrocious customer service but oh god do I regret buying from them. Like many others we either want our product or money back we are sick and tired of chasing something that this company should have mastered by now (customer service). I’m disappointed honestly it’s feels worse knowing it’s one of your favourite brands.
Trapstar have scammed me out of money on multiple occasions, every time I placed an order I never received my items, Trapstar would not respond to emails or calls so I was forced to contact my bank so I could get reimbursed. Trapstar keep trying to dispute the monies with my bank insisting that they have sent the items which is UNTRUE and they have now banned me from ordering from them. SCAMMERS and shouldn’t be allowed to run a business if this is how you treat your customers. Kinda glad anyway to be honest because Trapstar is over rated, the quality is absolutely APPALLING and people only buy it for the hype. Can’t wait till it dies down and these clowns are left struggling
Shame you couldn’t put - 5 starsSame as all of the above. Ordered items on Black Friday, DPD never delivered and it is now the start of March and nothing. Not replying to emails and not answering the phone. Considering legal action via small claims court
Shocking customer service! Made a pre order in December - one tracksuit arrived the other did not. Numerous emails & phone calls later and I still do not have my order or a refund! No response to emails , no answer on the phone line. Also returned a separate order over 4 weeks ago and still no refund! Will raise a dispute via the bank as getting no where with the company's procedures!
Please do not order from this company, I ordered a tracksuit for my Son back in November after several emails and calls to try and chase my order i soon realised this company had zero customer service they do not answer the phone and any emails you do get a reply from are from a generic template. In January I disputed the payment with my bank and they returned the money, however Trapstar are now trying to recoup the money back saying it was dispatched!!!! Can not believe it. Please save your self the let down as you won’t receive the goods
