i ordered a tracksuit on boxing day in the drop. it turned up the 27th jan 2023 DPD delivered the parcel outside my door and its gone missing. i wrote to trapstar and have had no joy or response. i wouldnt use these again. i think they are ripping people of.
Today received the tracksuit we pre ordered on Xmas day. It was due for release from 27th Jan so a few wks late. Spoke to the company on Friday, 15 mins waiting til they answered the call. The advisor checked and item was still at customs so told this could take up to 2 weeks so surprised to have it today. They refunded the delivery charge of £5.45 due to it taking longer than expected. Now had 2 pre order items, both took longer than expected, jackets too short in length in my opinion but can’t deny the quality of the items. Not keen to order again though due to long delivery times and others I can see haven’t been as fortunate as us.
ZERO stars. My 16yr old son ordered a coat on 4th dec for £114.00 paid in full with money he saved for! And still haven’t received it or had any correspondence whatsoever! Disgusting! Sent over a dozen emails and nothing! Do not use this company.
I would not buy from this company again - pre ordered a tracksuit - paid in full in Oct, expected delivery 24th of Nov, numerous emails to try and find out when I would get it , eventually they emailed to say would not be delivered till late Jan but you could opt to wait and get £25 gift voucher as compensation - surprise , surprise tracksuit eventually turned up but no gift voucher , no response when trying to contact company
Left 10 messages on customer care line and 14 emails NOT ONE RESPONSE bought a £300 coat 2 weeks old and zip broke... Carnt get to speak to anyone regarding this CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE THERE ISN'T ANY!!! Once they've got your money not interested. How can a company this big selling "high" end products have such appalling after sales. I would never purchase anything else from this company.. TRADING STANDARDS NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED.. all the reviews say the same
Worst customer service out there. I genuinely wonder why this brand has kinda ‘blown up’ over the past years. Returned a £200 jacket time ago, no refund, no emails, no calls. Their call system doesnt even work, they dont respond to emails and live chat doesnt work. How tf are they actually a company? I legit just want a refund and they’re holding money off of me. Not even to mention that they dont refund delivery (fair enough) but it’s compulsory to pay tor royal mail tracked returns which is like £12. Ive lost about £16 just for a return and havent even got the money back.
This is the worst customer service i had ever had the misfortune to deal with, you would think a company selling there own product would make more of a effort. Been phoning, using online chat and e-mailing for 2 weeks now any never heard anything back. My son bought a jacket and liked the product, only problem it was too small, he is only 17 and now £200 pounds down and not looking like he with receive a refund. I am total discusted with this company. Please dont waste your money buying anything from TrapstapLondon, they dont care about there customers.
Ordered a tracksuit on the 16th December. Nearly 2 months on and I have not received my item. No response to emails. Now trying to fight through Klarna for my money back. Do not use this company ! Funnily enough they have time to remove my comments on their Instagram posts! 😡
