I would give this company 0. This is my 2nd bad review. Ordered a t shirt 21/02/2023 said 5/7 working days for delivery, still waiting. My 1st order took 3 months to arrive. Customer service is dreadful don’t/won’t answer phone. I wouldn’t have used them again, they gave me a voucher for delay of 1st order, my grandson wanted this t shirt.Surprised they are still in business Angry customer 😡
Would leave 0 if I could. Ordered goods 07th Dec, for Christmas, no goods, and no reply after leaving several messages and no response to any emails, today 20th Feb, just had notification goods are out of stock. Absolute joke of a company, after over 2 months, the goods that I ordered were in stock, and now there are not…… DO NOT ORDER OR USE THIS COMPANY. Worst company I have ever used, had items delivered from China quicker and at least these items arrive. Tempted to report to trading standards. Selling items they do not have………
Don't order from this company. Order from 17 February still not dispatched. Almost £300 of of hard earned money wasted. Shocking customer service. Impossible to get someone to answer phone or emails. No one on live chat system- you are just left hanging on live chat with no person on other end of chat. Awful experience overall.
My parcel took a while to be delivered which is understandable as it was a pre order, I then try on my tracksuit which just cost me £200 and I notice a rip in the leg which I then contact customer service about which took them 2 weeks to reply to me and another week for them to say that they will give me a partial refund which I accepted (that was on 19 January) they said it would take 7 days for my money to come through to me and it’s currently the 16th of February and I’ve still not got my money, it seems now when I email about my order I get no response seems kinda coincidental that now they’ve got to give your money back they don’t reply, out of every business I’ve ordered from it’s the customer service is by far the worst and I wouldn’t recommend ordering at all
I placed an order for a full tracksuit and a hoodie, paid in full, on the 2nd of Jan 2023. We still haven’t received the items, or any order updates, even after numerous emails and phone calls to customer service requesting an update, to no response at all. How can I get my money back?
