Awful company

I ordered a hoodie for my son but it was too small so I returned it. Trapstar signed for the return on 20 Jan, today is 7 Feb and no sign of a refund. Phone lines go straight to voicemail and they don’t reply to emails. It’s supposed to be a trusted higher end brand but it’s the worst rubbish I had to deal with. Don’t waste your time and money.

Long wait and no customer care but product makes up for it

They need to have better contact with customers but the quality is insane. Ordered T-shirt on 26th December and have been very worried that the order had been lost as the customer service was non existent. It arrived today and feels and looks amazing! Great product, awful customer care.

Finally delivered after 7 1/2 weeks

Finally delivered after 7 1/2 weeks, I told them to cancel, they ignored me and sent anyway! They then told me in line with their return policy!!!An absolute disgrace, never to be repeated, they should be ashamed of themselves

It’s almost funny now…

The same as everyone else. No coat, no response… and it’s been 2 months!For those who want their money back, you can fill out a form with your bank to get a refund. The bank take the money from Trapstar directly if they can’t prove the item has been shipped.I’m giving it one more week before doing that.As someone else said, it’s a shame as the quality of the clothing is spot on

Have emailed numerous times asking for order to be cancelled and money refunded. On all occasions they have chosen to ignore my email and haven’t bothered to respond. Been waiting for over month.

I ordered two jackets, one arrived but for the other one duty was charged, so I've returned the jacket and asked for my money. Trapstar didn't give me my money back until today. The worst service I've ever seen

Worst company I have to deal with

Easily the worst and most annoying company to deal with. Insane a company of this stature can be ran so poorly. Its wild they even get away with it. They’ll post new drops and other nonsense on their socials whilst they have a huge backlog, and they stay deleting comments from their instagram.

Joke of a company

Joke of a company, made an order back in the end of October 2022 and after not even hearing anything about my order I emailed them which never got responded to only an automated email asking for details that I have already given. Then in the end of January 2023 it showed up with only 1 of the 2 jackets I ordered. I have tried calling and emailing them but they don’t respond. I don’t know how to contact them to get my money back for the other jacket now.
