It’s been extremely difficult to get through to anyone via phone, email or social media for an an going issue that has resulted in my parcel being lost. As much as the clothing brand is amazing quality, the support is the complete opposite.

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered item which took an age to arrive. Didn't fit and returned item via special delivery. Signed for, no acknowledgement or communication about refund, still waiting. Reluctantly ordered a replacement for my son, still waiting for that order to arrive, only communication being order received. I would not use again.

I ordered a coat and returned it due to the wrong size. Asked for a new size or refund and they keep replying to my email saying they’re moving warehouse. I don’t think I will get my money back and I’ve already returned the jacket. What should I do

Don’t fall for the hype!!

I ordered a tracksuit for my son on 14 October 2022 on pre-order. Was told on 25 November it would be dispatched within 9-12 working days…..now in January, guess what no tracksuit. have emailed and tried to call but no response. i was also mad enough to allow my son to persuade me to order another tracksuit in December. of course there has been no news of that either. This company has over £300 of my money….they are a disgrace. Are they still trading? How do i get my money back?? So many unanswered questions!!!

As with everyone else left message after message....e mail after e mail...nothing from the company...just some automated reply e mail asking for order number which I have replied to again and again...truly shocking service....

Would give 0 stars but had to put at least 1. Trapstar is an absolute disgrace. I ordered a tracksuit for my daughter in October and it was due for release in November. By December, an email was received saying there was a ‘shipment error’. I requested a refund mid December and have heard nothing since. I’ve gone to my bank to request the money back, and it’s now sat with their fraud team for investigation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Products are great but customer service…

Products are great but customer service is very poor. My son Returned a coat on 29th December they received it on 30th December (I tracked the return). No communication from trapstar to say they have received it. Emails not answered. Worried with all the negative reviews they won’t refund the coat (£250) My son is still waiting on a hoody to be despatched that was ordered on 30th November. Trapstar please improve your customer service.
