I ordered £355 worth of goods on a Black Friday deal in November for my son’s 18th birthday but nearly 2 months now still no promises for dispatch, absolutely disgusting customer support! It will be spring by the time this clothing arrives so won’t even be fit for purpose
I would give a zero rate if the option was available. I have returned an item worth £200 and yet receive a refund!! there is no way to contact customer service, each time I call I have to wait at least 15 minutes to listen to a music , then they say there is no one available and leave a message ! I have at least left 4 messages but no-one have come back to me. for the live chat , I started a live chat , but there is no one available to chat with me. I decided to send an email , to support @ customer service, but the email bounced back! Honestly stay away from this shop , they are just a fraud company. Unfortunately I can't seem to get my £ 200 back and for that reason I have told all the young people I know to boycott the company.
Well, I did finally receive my order. Paid in November, received in January. Correct item but wrong size. These things happen but then trying to contact TS to find out if it’s worth seeking an exchange is just impossible. The chat function does not function. Emails generate a big response asking for the same information just provided. EXTREMELY frustrating. Clearly do not care about customers at all. Dreadful dreadful company exploiting a young market.
Similar to other reviews. Placed my order end of November and still yet to receive it. Have emailed twice now asking for order to be cancelled and money refunded. On both occasions they have chosen to ignore my email and haven’t bothered to respond. I too will be contacting my bank for a refund. What an absolute joke!Update: Some advice for others in the same situation. Contact your bank and tell them that you believe the transaction to be fraudulent as items have not been received. I did just this and the bank refunded me the money within 3 days and are now pursuing TrapStar
Absolute Joke , they don’t even deserve a 1 star .Ordered a tracksuit for my son end of November saying in stock as a Christmas present , still no tracksuit .I’ve asked for a refund and keep getting a different person via email saying they will get back to me .I’m going to have to get my bank involved .Do Not buy off them 🤬
I paid £6.00 to have my items delivered to me then £18 to return them as they did not fit well and just weren’t my cup of tea. So £24 wasted on nothing and the company has the cheek to ignore everyone of my emails despite numerous attempts, nobody answers the phone, the customer service is despicable and the reason why I will never support this company again. All the younger lot in my family love wearing Trapstar clothes but they are now officially banned from it as I won’t be supporting a company that cannot acknowledge the same people putting money in their pockets. Don’t honestly know how Trapstar got so far with such a lack of anything. My refund was only processed due to third party involvement as even that they completely ignored. Disgusting if you ask me, just disgusting, and very disappointing.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered items I November for my son for Christmas, now the 8th of February, still no sign of the items. Tried to call, goes to voice mail. I tried to email them they reply with excuses. I gave them my number to call me, never did. Never again will I order from this company. They should be shut down.use
Still waiting to receive my sons Christmas present 🎁 you have not answered any emails or calls.Received the first parcel with in 3 days brilliant 👏 but the £200 tracksuit is a no show 🤞 will never order again . Crap customer service. The price your paying for this brand of clothing, they should have staff to talk to or atleast answer emails. Shocking got to go back to the bank for a refund 😕
Trapstar treat customers like mugs! The pre-order hype is a way of getting your money and keeping it for months - don't get sucked in! They never ever answer the customer service helpline. They take ages to answer emails and when they do it's generic and gives you no information about your order. I wish I'd have read the reviews before we went through the nearly 3-month ordeal. I only got my money back because I put in a dispute in with Klarna and they chased. Trapstar be warned, all fashion moves on eventually. You can't treat your customers like mugs that don't matter as one day they won't be there anymore! Never again!
