Review Time
Unfortunately exactly the same review as the others on here. Ordered a tracksuit in Nov, date for delivery was pushed back too late so in Jan I requested my order be cancelled. I had no reply to emails, chat messages or calls. I have gone back to my bank to request a refund - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
Ordered a coat for my son before Christmas was too small so returned and signed for by Trapstar on 6th January still haven’t received a refund! I have emailed many times and still no reply and no one answers the phones! Unless you are 100% sure the goods will and you don’t want to return I’d avoid purchasing!I don’t actually think they have customer services!Have finally received a response to my emails saying allow 3-7 days for a refund, so fingers crossed this may be resolved and I will update the reviewFinally received a refund 15th February
I ordered a tracksuit ( sweatpants ) on October 15th and received on January 5th...not the same but another because the first order was lost as they informed me after 15 emails I had sent them...Stay away from this company tragic service... shame because the clothes are worth it.
Ordered a tracksuit 25th november still not arrived. Pre Ordered item mean to start dispatching 22nd. Responded to 1st email stating that it should arrive before Christmas had sent over 10 more since I have heard nothing......no dispatch update nothing
Paid £215 for 4 items as my sons Xmas present on the 5th December. All items (3 of which were sale items) were stock items, still not received them 1 month on. They replied to my first email a week before Xmas to say the order should be with me before Xmas eve…. It didn’t arrive and still hasn’t! Absolute joke of a company.10/2/2023:The saga continues, I have returned a jacket from this order, the order actually arrived on the 19/1/2023, I returned the jacket via Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery on the 2/2/2023. The return was signed for the following day 3/2/2023, I’ve yet to receive any email acknowledgment, I’ve tried to phone them several times, it goes straight to answerphone. I’ve left voicemails, even resorted to tweeting them, still nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered as “in stock” which became a “pre-order” strangely after I ordered. Received a predicted date of 6th. It’s the 5th today and just got a dispatch nite so presumably not arriving tomorrow.. but it’s impossible to know as tracking code provided doesn’t work.
I ordered a £150 tracksuit on 25/11/22 for my son for Christmas, I hadn't read any reviews on here before my purchase but when it was approaching mid December and it still hadn't arrived and I thought I would.After reading eneryone's reviews it seemed I was in a similar postion with no chance it arriving in time and also with the lack of repsonse from the company itself.Having said that, it did arrive yesterday (05/01/23) and my son is really pleased with it. Can't fault the goods, but the customer service is terrible.
Just terrible comms from point of order and then to get sent out tracking details when its already severely delayed and DHL to say that the tracking number is not recognised !!! So frustrating Luckily I read some other reviews with another person experiencing the same problem and its not DHL like they state and the link takes you its DPD !!!How can their head office get this simple part wrong !!
