Over £700 order gone to waste

I ordered over £700 worth of clothing items off of their website on the 26/12/22, since then I have been emailing, calling, dming and trying to live chat with trapstar. However they do not answer on anything. I have friends who also ordered the same item on the same day and theirs has come however mine has not? With no updates either. This is completely appalling after seeing all of these experiences just makes me feel that trapstar disguise themselves and cover the fact they are robbing us and committing fraud. If I do not get any new updates within the next couple of weeks I’ll have to report it to my bank as fraud because £700 is too much to miss out on. Very disappointing as I thought trapstar was legit.

DO NOT BUY FROM TRAPSTAR

I only gave this sham of a brand 1 star so i could write this review, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!I bought my son a jacket from Trapstar on 26th December 2022, we did receive the jacket within 3 weeks, however, it was far too small for my son as the actual size wasn't as described on their website so i sent it back for an exchange via recorded sign for delivery, Trapstar received the jacket back on 12th January 2023, i received no acknowledgement from Trapstar whatsoever, after waiting a month, still nothing from them, i then tried to contact their non existent customer services, after 36 telephone calls made, 8 e mails written and several attempts to contact them through their website chat portal i still hadn't spoken to anyone from Trapstar, no reply, no contact, no nothing, eventually i sent them a 9th e mail and asked for my money back within a week or i would raise a dispute with my bank and make a complaint to the ombudsman, after a week, still nothing, so true to my word, i raised a dispute with my bank and made a complaint to the ombudsman, my bank tried on several occasions to contact Trapstar, guess what, nothing, my bank contacted me to provide proof of return and receipt, which i did, my bank then Issued me with a full refund, hopefully now they'll go after Trapstar.PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS ON HERE, THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED CASE, IT IS A REGULAR ISSUE WITH TRAPSTAR!!!

My experience with Trapstar

When i purchased my Trapstar Tracksuit in 24 November, it said in the description that it was going to dispatch on the 21st of December. I got the email that it was shipped with my tracking number a day later, 5 days forward and i have received my package with DHL. The customer service was non-existent but i knew for sure that it wasn’t a scam and i just needed some patience. Overall im a super happy with my order and i find that it was worth it waiting for a whole month. It would have been a 5 star if the customer service was good and if the shipping was way faster.

If there was zero for valuation I would have clicked that. These guys have taken my £85 for a hoodie and it’s delivery from 1st of December. Today we have 25th. They have been lying to me that it can’t come for my son’s bday on 18th but surely before Xmas. Nowhere to be seen. They have been lying all the way through and they have provided a fake DHL tracking number. I will report them as scammers. Shameful and I leave it on the karma.

Shocking company

Shocking company, ordered on Christmas but changed my mind, been trying for 5 days now to reach someone, you cannot reach anyone ( phone, email, live chat, insta & Facebook DMs) you will not reach anyone, item not even dispatched 5 days later, I used Klarna pay later so hopefully I wouldn’t have to pay because I’m not getting through to trapstar, we’ll see if I ever receive anything

Customer service is an absolute joke

Customer service is an absolute joke. Not possible to get through to anyone via email, live chat or phone. They want to charge £300 for a jacket but have 0 customer service. Joke!!

The customer service is so bad i spent…

The customer service is so bad i spent over £300 on the new drop and it says in my bank app that it’s pending i called them so many times to get a full refund and emailed them and they just ignore it horrible service i need my money back and when i paid i didn’t get no confirmation email starting to think this company is a scam.

Disgraceful_no goods and no service

I ordered goods from this company in December for my son. My son used his Christmas money to buy a tracksuit, which cost him £200The tracksuit has never been received. No update received, and no phones are answered.There appears to be no customer service, and I can't seem to get my money back.Absolutely disgusting service and even worse, my poor teenage son has lost his Christmas money.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered jacket on Christmas day for my son as he had Christmas money. Now 3 months later after countless emails, with the same generic email back asking for order details, which where sent with every email anyway, they tell me the jacket is not in stock...... Then to top of off they offer credit..... absolutely disgraceful company
