Delivery times are far too long

Item ordered 9th December...its just been dispatched today- 23rd December. So its taken almost two weeks to even dispatch. I get that its a busy time but this is totally ridiculous.Wanted to get this by Christmas and expected ordering on 9th Dec would give ample time - as Trapstar are so poor I've concluded that there's more chance of Santa being real than this item being delivered before the big day. This level of customer service is not acceptable in Britain in 2022. Will never, ever buy another Trapstar product, disgraceful.

Where do I start?

Where do I start?! Ordered on 25/11. Took money straight away. We're on the 23/12 and absolutely nothing. Meant to be dispatched on 21/12. Emails and webchats ignored! The rub salt into the wounds they are giving clothes away to people for free! I'm all for charity but sort your customers out 1st. Absolutely shocking company!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR ORDERS THAT WILL NEVER ARRIVE!!!!

Still haven’t received order placed on 27th of November!! I spent over £300 (not sale items and not preorder) and it still haven’t been dispatched. After multiple emails and calls (which they never answered), They sent me a discount code for my next order as an apology loooool this company is a joke! On top of that, Trapstar is posting on their instagram page, that they are giving stuff for free when they haven’t sent peoples orders for over a month!!! I can’t be more angry, dissatisfied and disappointed! After reading loads of negative reviews, I contacted my bank today and requested a refund. Hopefully I can get my money back because after a month of waiting I doubt they will send anything. Merry Xmas to everyone who’s still waiting for their Christmas gifts to arrive. THANK YOU TRAPSTAR SO MUCH FOR F0CKING UP EVERYBODYS XMAS THIS YEAR!!

Ordered in November and not had even a dispatch note.Terrible service.Avoid ordering if you are on a timescale.At this rate my son will have outgrown the items when they eventually arrive.

Item not arrived

What can I say still waiting for for delivery £250 for a coat taken money in October still don’t have it, merry Christmas to my son and hope which ever DPD driver around Stoke on trent with my money and item I had a great Christmas waited in 3 time amd not reached us yet, now can’t get hold of anyone at trapstar or anyone at DPD thanks.

Terrible service and quality

Terrible service, ordered the 2.0 puffer jacket. Tried it on once and the snap buttons already came loose while being careful. Tried to call them, mail them and live chat but litteraly no response what so ever. They are non existent. Only automated e mails. Disgusting service and im stuck with a defect jacket. Only option i have is to fix it myself. Returning the jacket would probably end up in me not even getting my money back since the jacket is not in its new state. No help nothing. 300£ jacket breaking in 1 try on. Dont order!

Like others have mentioned even one star is too much! My daughter loves this brand and the only place we could get the colour tracksuit was direct, still waiting and no sign of it for Christmas! My daughter will be gutted so hopefully it shows up soon! Pricey gear, her auntie bought it her and has literally zero customer experience interaction despite chasing! Disappointing

Brilliant customer service Trapstar London

Cannot express how grateful I am to Trapstar I placed an order on the 7th of December. It was getting a little bit close to Christmas, so I reached out to them via email never got a reply so I research them and found them on Instagram to which a lady called Naomi Helped me, I cannot say thank you enough to her as she either went above and beyond as to making a personal phone call to me to tell me that my sons tracksuit was out of stock that I could either wait until the stock arrived or she was willing to upgrade to a more expensive tracksuit which my son was over the moon with us. In fact, it was the actual tracksuit that he wanted originally true to have word. We straightaway got a dispatch notice and within a day receive the item also a extra special gift to say sorry, a T-shirt was added need to say my son is over the moon and definitely made up with Thank You Trapstar and Naomi for her outstanding customer service
