Orderd a tracksuit for my Daughter on 10th December the Bottoms Despacthed on 15th arrived couple day later .And The Top was despatched on 19th December but arrived on 28th Due to DPD with Backlog in Deliveries Cardiff Area.so I’m Happy with Trapstar.The Delay in deliveries wasn’t there fault.
I placed an order on 29th December and I’m yet to receive it. I have contacted customer service on serval occasions to equire about the whereabouts of the order with no joy. I was sent a generic email that explained that they are ‘slightly behind’ with orders and are ‘moving warehouse’. I think it’s safe to say that they are more than slightly behind with orders as it is now 23rd January. To put the icing on the cake I have been bombarded with multiple promotional emails, yet no dispatch email and no response from customer service. I’m very disappointed with Trap Star London. I will not be supporting the business again in the future and would not recommend to others.
I have been waiting over 2 months for a refund for over £200! They have received the item back and I’m yet to receive my refund, I have sent countless emails however had no response! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. Disgusting lack of professionalism and atrocious customer service!!
I ordered a hoody on the 27th Dec 22 a couple of weeks in they emailed to say sorry for the delay as they were moving premises. As this was taking so long I decided I wanted a refund instead but was told it had already left the warehouse, when I finally received it I sent it back and I paid to have it tracked and signed for . They received the Hoody on 27/1/23 I have emailed a few times tried ringing and have now managed to leave a message but still no sign of Refund!!!!!
Would be zero star if it was available! Spent almost £600 since October & not received any of my orders for my sons birthday & Christmas presents! Company keeps using delay tactics. To add insult to injury they’ve dropped another nonsense sale today (Boxing day) which includes the items I ordered in October but delayed delivery (with some poor excuse that their shipping company lost their shipment….joke!) I’ll be contacting them for a refund now ad I’m sick of bit getting any answers from them. Not to mention reporting them to trading standards!! Clearly they’re in financial difficulties and unable to fulfill orders….don’t waste your time ordering as you’re risking your money!
I Bought the trapstar london shooters grey monochrome edition tracksuit, I waited till the 21st December when it started shipping, I got a mail that said it will be in Finland on the 27th and today I got it on the 27th. Quality is great and I'm very happy. Thank you Trapstar for this
