Review Time
Ordered 2 jackets in the Black Friday sale and one came within a few days and the other was delayed, they are slow at responding but have ordered a good few times this year, 6 or 7 and everything has arrived, the second jacket arrived this week after email was sent out explaining that delays were happening and it would be dispatched on the 20th Dec, I think they are just very popular at the moment and maybe can’t keep up with the volume of orders but hang on in there and your stuff will arrive! I expect things to come slowly as that’s my experience on a few occasions so I just make sure I order early and don’t get stressed! My son always loves what he has ordered and we have never had a problem with the quality.
Waited a big longer than expected for the item. Dispatched on the date given on the website for the item and arrived the next day. The confusion with the tracking number being invalid is that it states the courier as being DHL instead of DPD.
Even a star is too much , the customer service is NONE existent, can’t get hold of them on call , email , or live chat ! There useless Waiting on a order shipped 4 weeks ago they said was on the way , if your in a rush to buy don’t go here Any questions about your orders will be left unanswered as it’s impossible to get hold of any sort of customer service , they just take your money and make you wait months with no updates
VERY POOR BUISNESS MODEL! Who on earth would sell clothes when they haven’t even been made yet, I ordered on the 24th of November and still nothing it’s annoying and really frustrating! I like the clothing and I’ve been a supporter for years but you guys have made me switch too hoodrich, I’ve ordered 3 items from them and my stuff from November from you guys still hasn’t come! Cmon guys get it together
Trap star is the most unreliable company I’ve ever dealt with Ordered in November and we are still waiting sent about 20 emails and yet an automated reply that they will get bk to you within 48 hours !! I’m still waiting for any response, left messages no return phone call you can’t even have an interactive chat on line as they don’t respond Email a few days ago saying orders has been dispatched DHL tracking doesn’t existso why and how is this company still trading with the amount of complaints just on here!!!! The customer service is terrible. I bought 2 tracksuits for my son in large by mistake. Sent one back but still waiting for one. Was offered the option to refund rather than sending out, which makes sense as I've already paid for delivery so would have to pay for return also. They've ignored part of my email request so yes the large tracksuit is on its way! No idea when his preorder items will arrive. Rang and left a message, no reply and sent dozens of emails. Sons insisting he wants more items with his birthday money, wish me luck
Utterly appalled at the lack of communication from this company. Placed an order on 26/11 for an item as a gift for Christmas. Still no sign of delivery and no responses to emails or messages. Spent time hanging on the phone to be transferred to an answer phone to leave a message that is never returned. I cannot stress enough how extremely disappointed I am and how disappointed the recipient will now be when an item he was expecting will now not arrive for Christmas. Definitely do not buy from this company.
THINK TWICE before ordering from this company, not sure they are even a company, maybe just a scam Wouldnt even give them a 1 starAs everyone else has said they take your money do not answer the phone or reply to emails and I have no item which was a Christmas present
** UPDATE- so they have now published a drop and guess what!?! The items I ordered are showing in stock! I have also looked over another persons review they had part of their order delivered, yet it states they have to send order out together. Seems like you have to only order 1 item at a time. I had placed an order for another item early December which I received a day or so before Christmas. It’s worth pointing out the DHL tracking doesn’t work until DHL have it in transit. Does seem like trapstar can’t manage multiple items in orders maybe to save themselves money on shipping costs. Still trying to call them and email and use the online chat for correspondence but no joy. If no response then will be applying for refund through bank and reporting. Hard to rate more than 1 star for such a terrible experience so far having spent a lot of money waiting for items I have not received with no correspondence isn’t right. I’ll be looking to get that 20% compensation someone has said they received even if I have to dispute claim. Happy for those who actually got your item, lucky you guys why the rest of us giving 1 star reviews are still trying to get the items we paid for over a month ago! Impossible to get in contact with, no one picks up the phone, no one answers your emails and no one responds to online chat. The recent comments are genuine with that of having same experience with this company. Unfortunately, it does seem that they have overwhelmed themselves with the Christmas rush and they are not able to manage or fulfil their pre order promises. The upshot of this is, if we don’t receive the goods, then they are going to lose a lot of profit, I will certainly be requesting refund from my bank. Make sure you take pictures of all your communication attempts to support your claim back. Communication is key for business and I see they are expecting a new line drop in 5 days which really gives me no faith in this company fulfilling their promises delivering orders made in November!
Would give zero stars if I could. Don’t deserve one star! Same experience as everyone else. Placed my order end of November and still hasn’t arrived! Not answering emails! Not picking up the phone! The absolute worse customer service ever! Never ever ordering from these scammers again. Reported to my bank to get my refund. What I want to know is how are they still trading and advertising new drops when they can’t even fulfil existing orders?! They just see it as more people for them to teef from!! I pray that if one person who’s thinking of ordering from this scam company with zero care for their customers and just take your money and run, reads this review and decides not to place their order with these scamming teefs then I’ve helped one person from being robbed. AVOID PLEASE!!
