Customer service is rubbish so don’t expect any help from them. Ordered my coat over the Black Friday drop and took a month to dispatch. However whilst the customer service was awful they did send email updates and text messages for the expected dispatch days and gave a DHL tracking number Which didn’t work but the coat did arrive in the end. They also gave compensation in the form of 20% off due to the delays
Wish I could give zero stars. Absolutely disgusted by Trapstar, ordered my Sons Christmas present on the 24th November and still waiting for my delivery. I can’t get hold of anyone and just get generic emails apologising for the delay. I ordered this item a month ago there is no excuse why it’s not been delivered. Shocking customer service as there is none!!!
Quick to take money on in stock items, still waiting one month later for it to arrive. Tracking number given for DHL but it is actually DPD. Communication is non existent, you can’t get hold of anyone & emails are automated replies. Will not be ordering from this company again - absolutely shambolic!
Would give zero stars if possible.. Still awaiting order from 25th November.. Absolutely ridiculous.. My son won't have his Christmas present tomorrow.. Not that they care.. They don't answer emails and when you call there is a technical fault on the phone line.. As if!! I would NEVER buy from here again but my son loves their stuff. Wondering if the item will ever arrive at all.. 😒
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. If you’re lucky enough to receive your item then let’s hope you don’t need to return it as you won’t receive a refund. I have proof it was signed for by them 3 weeks ago, yet no refund and they don’t answer any phones, emails, web chat & just delete any social media posting. Avoid and look elsewhere.
seems like scam. orderered a tracksuit for my son beginning of December. order no. sent via email, then automated "sorry delays" emails. after 14 days I asked for a est. delivery date & tracking no. of the parcel and got automated support email with ticket back, where the asked for information, that was already in the email - so nobody read anything. on xmas day I received an email, that my support ticket will be closed if I do not respond in 3 days - what a joke. So after 3 weeks I cancelled the order via email AND via Mastercard - lucky me I have a online shopping insurance with this credit card.
