If I could give zero rating I would. Pre-ordered on 15th OCT for Nov delivery. Nothing arrived, then told product lost at sea, nothing they can do. Cancel order and money not refunded! Now having to get bank involved to get my £175! Customer service awful, rude and tell you nothing. This business is going to fail. Utter wasters to treat people the way they do. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!
Absolutely dreadful, I ordered a £180 tracksuit from trapstar on the 25/11/22 and haven’t even heard the slightest bit of news from them on the whereabouts of it. I’ve called I’ve emailed I’ve messaged on instagram and they just seem to be ignoring me but they have the cheek to be posting new drops on their instagram, it’s honestly a joke I warn you do not buy anything from them because you either won’t get it or it’ll take centuries to come to you. This will be the last time I ever buy a product from these unprofessional scammers.
Should have learnt my lesson from 2021. Order didnt arrive before Xmas back in 2021 and the same again 2022. Placed order 13/12/22 - still waiting today 4/1/23. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, POOR COMMUNICATION. SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO OPERATE AS A BUSINESS.
Same story as everyone else. Ordered two t-shirts on 4/1/23, one has arrived but still waiting for the 2nd. Take your money straightaway with no estimated delivery times and just can't hold of them to find out what's going on. Trying the customer service number now as a last resort as support email and online chat service has been pointless. Not hopeful!I won't being user them ever again, I'd prefer a moody teenager as that's how bad they are!
Terrible service. Ordered a tracksuit for my son for Xmas. Ordered and paid for 25th Nov. No response at all. Tried calling, emailing, online chat, Twitter, Instagram - customer service is non existant - no matter how much your kids want this gear, be ready to be let down
placed an order early Dec, item in stock not received and no communication as to where it is or why i haven't received it. Constantly chased the company for delivery date.Seems reading other reviews the website is a total scam, robbing people of hard earned money when they dont have goods available to send.Be warned - you will have a long wait for anything you order, shame you are aiming your clothes at younger people who you are trying to rip off!!!!
