Amazing staff at AXS & Sandringham Event especially BRIAN WHO WAS AMAZING me making an error with th

After me making an error with the tkts it all came right in the end .The staff have been amazing & sorted everything out for us,Thank you .Also the staff at the eventl were awesome & so kind & helpful .My daughter & i had an amazing time. Thanks to everyone !!!!

Good experience but change in circumstances were to blame

Although we were not able to buy late accessible tickets we were able to park in disabled car parking that made all the difference to us. One of our party was diagnosed with cancer ost booking of tickets. We did manage okay but once in position it was difficult to access food and drink. Hence we didn’t have any.

At All Points East

At All Points East, as a wheelchair user, I had the Best Time! The whole venue (therefore my experience) was set up so that as a disabled person, I was looked after really well. I was given loads of information, direction if needed & I was able to enjoy every part of the festival as a ordinary festival goer, not a disabled person.All interaction with AXS was equally as good.
