your anti ticket bot too is awful got suspended on 4 devices acrross 3 wifis just trying to get cheap resale tickets your team did nothing about it , when i finnaly got cheap ticket in my basket payment denied because some one else brought it terrible software will never be using axs again unless i have to
Absolutely appalling customer service from Thomas and Paige. Imagine the situation you have 3 tickets in your basket for the concert for your daughters birthday. You follow the whole process and go to pay. You authorize the payment for the tickets with the bank (screenshot to prove) however AXS don't take the payment and then claim the payment was never made and cancelled the tickets. But apparently its everyone else's fault but there's because they don't actually have a way to resolve the situation even though they were at fault so they just tell you they can't assist and further and that you weren't charged. They told me it timed out but there was 4 minutes left. They told me the bank didn't authorise it but there is proof. I'm starting to think they didn't actually have the tickets they were trying to sell. And no one actually cared they just kept blaming every person and process. Have some accountability and resolve the situation like a company that made a mistake and wants to put it right. Not a company that blames others for their own shortfall. 11743693
The venue was so lovely and very well organised so a great vibe and atmosphere on the day. The only downside was the queue for beer and wine as I went to one beer tent but only sold beer and I was told to go across the park to the other beer tent which did sell wine which took 45 mins in total so a very long wait and also didn’t agree to paying for cardboard trays! But in general the 6 of us girls had a fantastic day
Getting into the car park was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, leaving was a complete and utter shambles. We left after the event to find that we were completely blocked in. Cars were queued down each row, the 2 central lane through the field were bumper to bumper. Initially only one (maybe 2) staff on the exit, controlling traffic onto the road. About an hour later 3 more joined, to attempt to manage 8 queues filtering into 2 lanes! Only for them to prioritise the 2 queues, leaving cars gridlocked in the designated/central area. We finally left the field at 12:45am, only to queue along the road. Staff had no control, lacked experience and leadership. Worse than whacky races!
