EDIT: following trustpilot review customer service moved us to seated tickets as requested, initial review below for reference: Refused to offer accessible accommodations to a concert for my pregnant wife, despite other o2 venues being accommodating and offering a seated area or standard stated ticket. I believe this could well be legally discriminatory but am unsure how to take it further with them as their robot-human customer service just repeatedly say “they can’t do anything” so I guess that’s that we can’t go to the concert we’d been looking forward to.
I didn’t receive my e-tickets in the time I should have done. Spoke to a lady called Kat and within less than 2 minutes had my tickets. Stress free and so much easier than I thought it would be. The lady was so helpful and super friendly. Won’t hesitate to contact them in the future, approachable staff are number 1 for me ❤️
The customer service from Parminder was excellent. They quickly dealt with an error I had made purchasing tickets and were warm and friendly too. They made what I thought would be a stressful experience really easy and informative- thank you!
