Discriminatory behaviour eventually resolved

EDIT: following trustpilot review customer service moved us to seated tickets as requested, initial review below for reference: Refused to offer accessible accommodations to a concert for my pregnant wife, despite other o2 venues being accommodating and offering a seated area or standard stated ticket. I believe this could well be legally discriminatory but am unsure how to take it further with them as their robot-human customer service just repeatedly say “they can’t do anything” so I guess that’s that we can’t go to the concert we’d been looking forward to.

I didn’t receive my e-tickets in the…

I didn’t receive my e-tickets in the time I should have done. Spoke to a lady called Kat and within less than 2 minutes had my tickets. Stress free and so much easier than I thought it would be. The lady was so helpful and super friendly. Won’t hesitate to contact them in the future, approachable staff are number 1 for me ❤️

I think the screen is a little…

I think the screen is a little mis-leading, as it says Your Ticket will appear here closer to the event Date (even when you are told by the help screen that they have already been downloaded. Otherwise, the help text was informative.
