I did not receive a confirmation of purchase or the tickets and AXS made it so difficult to talk to someone to progress the issue. was passed from one AI chatbot to another without any resolutionat this stage I would be happy for my money back and never use this service again

Wrong postcode for ticket delivery.

Confusion with the tickets (wrong postcode on the purchase) was sorted in a matter of minutes by Francesca via the chat

The adviser was excellent but trying to access chat live is atrocious There should be an option to skip the auto answer The chat should be clearly accessible from your website I eventually found a small link at the very end of the confirmation email Sort it out AXSeveryone is complaining on social media

Lennon was super helpful and AXS Access is fab!

Lennon was super helpful to me this week with booking my tickets for Raye. I have ADHD so have access needs and he supported me throughout and I felt very safe through the process, so thank you so much for that. Also I have to say the All Points East and AXS Access offer is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone else with access needs, you are very much looked after which is nice!! Very helpful and quick to resolve and error I had made when purchasing tickets. I hadn’t received tickets ordered weeks ago for an event happening in 3 days time. Escalated online and got a response immediately. I hadn’t received tickets used the wrong email address at purchase. After a few security checks tickets were directed to my account within the hour. Great service.
