So my account name is not correct (it has my friend and mum's name throughout the account due to using my mum's Amex to get early-bird tickets years ago and my friend's name for disabled carers tickets). Been on a chat with someone called Sundas who was so unhelpful and rude (logging off before even actually giving me a number and just ignoring me), gave him all the details and he or she is saying my mum or friend have to contact to change my name!!! Even though I have supplied all the correct details and the email address is mine! I've had issues with AXS before and getting an entitled carer ticket refund, their staff are awful and so unhelpful. If I can avoid using them I will, unfortunately they are the only company providing parking tickets for an event we are going to!19.07.2025You have to laugh at AXS so called rules, so they email the same email address saying it’s their rules but technically they have also broken data protection rules by emailing what they say is the non account holder! It’s my email address all my details yet they changed my name at some stage! They are the EVRI of ticket sellers!
I wanted a single ticket Several shown but upon selection the website stated not possible because it was a stranded ticket with adjacent seats, Err no it was a single ticket. Refresh of ticket options slow since tickets shown as available then not,Also got several " you are a "Bot" messages throwing me out for clicking "too much" That was because I was trying to select tickets even considering purchasing 2 because of the failed selections,Eventually obtained the single ticket I sought but not necessarily in my preferred location. Also the "phone free" event contrary to the need to use phone for AXS ID. I have eventually found the answer which tells me to print off the PDF. Clunky website hard to navigate on seating plan, Ended up buying on lap top instead of phone,
AVOID AVOID AVOID. It's only when things go wrong you know how good a company. So my phone number changed and tried to get this changed but the login keeps asking to send a text to my old number. Contact customer service and they just read from a script they asked for an order number and last order was in my wife's name but paid by me and logged through my account but now they quote GDPR which is not relevant as I AM THE ACCOUNT HOLDER. Tried to complain to their "dedicated" customer complaints email and no response. The dedicated email is their normal email address. There is a stupid Chat bot who get itself dizzy by going back to what event do you need help. It cannot understand a basic question. Honestly, Amazon whatever you may think of it when something goes wrong they fix it. AXS has a monopoly on your tickets and has NO INCENTIVE to help you. If you can trust me AVOID AVOID AVOID because if you have any issue you will SUFFER.
