Just had some great customer service from Elyette despite it being my mistake! I put the wrong email address for my contact, within 10mins of contacting AXS, Elyette had messaged me, corrected my mistake and sent me to tickets by app and e-mail. A breath of fresh air and so nice to be dealt with promptly, thank you, 🙏 ⭐
This company are shameful in their treatment of people with disabilities , complaint reference number 11655200 is testament to this fact .After the venue was changed by AXS from the easily accessible Utilitia arena to Pulse NEC I found it impossible to walk the distance from entrance to the seating area.I would strongly recommend that anyone with accessibility issues thinks twice before booking they take your money but blame the venue if there is a problem. They then put the responsibility on ME for not researching properly it’s suitability.
