Booked accessible tickets recently at Manchester AO arena and dealt with two representatives who were extremely helpful. I had issues with the automated payment system after it rejecting 3 different cards. I contacted my bank and found out the error was with the payment system, American based. They hadn't completed the regulatory fraud assurance clearance request with the British banks. The second representative spoke to her manager and got their system take the payment. Alterbridge confirmed :-)
I was having problems logging onto the app. I have spent several days conversing with Ticketmaster about it but not getting anywhere so decided to try to contact someone at AXS. I did find it difficult to find out how to send a message to AXS (hence the 4 stars) but I received a reply quickly from Joseph who solved my problem immediately.
Booked the wrong date by accident ,contacted axs uk & & asked if tickets could be changed to the date I wanted & Sandra dealt with the issue promptly & efficiently & I have the dates i needed. Thank you Sandra you’re a superstar
