Terrible

Terrible. Can't use website for live tickets. App looks functional but when try to log in, no continue button. Tried help chat function but can't get an actual person, just the same AI nonsense repeated. Tried reinstalling twice, still not functioning. Luckily going to event with a friend so accessing tickets on her phone. I won't buy event tickets that use this site in the future. I would give no stars if it were possible

Accessibility today

I purchased a Stevie Wonder ticket which was an accessibility ticket due to health reasons. I wasn’t able to drive a total of 500 miles to the concert. I tried for about six weeks to contact you with no effect so unfortunately wasn’t able to attend. I have written to you hoping I’d get a refund but it looks like your policy is not to give refunds Even if I’ve been offered a ticket for next year on the Saturday would’ve accepted that but even disabled people sometimes don’t get treated right …

I ordered tickets

I ordered tickets, paid a fee and the tickets were supposed to be emailed to me nearer the time. I'm assuming this is why we pay the booking fee. The tickets never showed so I had to chase AXS via their customer support which requires a new registration/login. When I finally got to a chat window host it was resolved promptly but it was disappointing I had to do the chasing.

just a system to harvest your data

It requires an app. Then for the app requires a mobile number. its an absolute joke. just email me the tickets and do not farm my data to sell.

Appalling absence of customer service

Appalling absence of customer service, £77 down the drain. I’ve reached out to AXS only to be looped into a dead end with no alternative method of contact and no way of getting an order number or my tickets
