absolutely terrible

absolutely terribleabsolutely terrible. monopolising, exploitative company offering no to very very poor customer service. No humans involve, no recourse, just outrageous dynamic pricing and reselling. Impossible to actually purchase tickets without their broken system thinking I'm a Bot and impossible to get through to anyone who can actually o anything about it. Boycott them!

Ridiculous app

Ridiculous app, tickets wouldn't show. Live chat was useless. Had to contact AO Manchester in the end to get puff tickets

AXS UK are hard to contact when things go wrong. I can only award three stars because I had to chase them twice, and overall, it took fourteen days to get this issue resolved.
