Had to wait in a queue for ages and spoke to the same person who said she would come back to be at the end of last week and didn’t. Problem seems to be with hyperwallet which is not really my problem. You have over £2,000 of mine from ticket sales which I am still waiting for and have been since March 2024
E tickets and print not available. App needed. Not everyone has or can have the app. Appalling. If we cannot enter the RHS Garden Show, there will be a formal complaint and full payment reversal via card company.UPDATE - AXS have made contact following the above review- generic standard information that does not address the problem. They do not grasp that an RHS show is not a Rock Concert and tickets do not change hands for thousands of pounds, so dynamic code changing is stupid in this case. RHS Malvern was not app only - etickets were done. AXS say transfer the tickets to someone with the app and take them with you - Useless. Have also contacted RHS suggesting they change their ticketing provider. UPDATE - we got in, but we know of a number of people who did not go, simply because of the limitations of the AXS ticketing app.
