Good morning, I have tried every which way I can to contact customer service and it is impossible! Just going round in circles! So frustrated with it all. I have tried to book tickets for the 2 for 1 summer offer and it seems to be a scam and isn't working. This has resulted in me just buying the tickets now as didn't want to lose them but it is seriously misleading and I have paid double what I was expecting to now. It would be nice if someone could manually apply the offer and refund me the offer amount..I'm not holding my breath. I shall await someone to contact me with details of how can speak to human! If this gets resolved ill update but until then..1 star im afraid :( Thanks RachelUpdate received:-Unfortunately all ticket allocations and offers are dependent on availability. The 2 for 1 summer sale had a small allocation assigned which has now sold out. This is most likely the reason why the offer was not working when you attempted to book. I am unable to locate any previous communication regarding this query, For future reference if you wish to contact the customer service team you can submit a ticket form via the contact us page on our website with a 72 hour response time or you can contact our live chat for instant communication with the customer service team. My 2 responses to this are:1) why doesn't the Web page state it is sold out? Very misleading to customers.2) I tried to co tact customer services as you state above and it was impossible. Stuck in an endless loop. I've spent far too long on this - I dont get these issues with Ticketmaster ! Very disappointing that a bog standard response was received with not much thought. Welcome to AI everyone! I will certainly be more careful with my choices when booking tickets in the future as no resolution for me. Noone likes to be misled. 1 🌟

The original service i received was shocking - however after Jake got involved issues were resolved, had it not been for Jake i believe the outcome would be far different.I think AXS could learn from the mistakes and that emails are not always enough.On this occasion i can say that i have been paid out.
