Appalling. I bought enormously expensive tickets for an event, and then wanted to add parking and perhaps a VIP upgrade. Not possible, I have to buy a whole new set of tickets. This was gleaned form a half-hour long 'chat' with someone who might as well have set out to be as unhelpful as humanly possible. Oh, and support hours 9:30 to 5:30; really customer-focused there too. AVOID!!!!!
