Review Time
I have been trying to get hold of the ticket company for 4 days! Hours lost. No working phone number, a bot system and no replies to 6 emails with customer service. I simply need them to resend my e-tickets for a close family members gig in London tomorrow. They are able to resend a confirmation but no e-tickets. Im furious with another company making huge amounts of money from customers, and artists alike, but no system in place to deal with, in this case, an urgent and easily solvable issue.
I had tickets for simply red which due to unforeseen circumstances I could not attend . So I put them up for sale on this web site . A day later I received an email telling me my tickets had sold . The next day I received another email telling me my tickets haven’t sold . ???? Update 10/10/25Sorted this out now . I put 2 tickets up for sale and only one sold , hence the two different messages . Still don’t get why you have to wait 7-10 days to get your money but this is the same with every company .
Great service. When buying tickets it kept saying payment failed when it had actually gone through (unknown to me) so I ended up with 8 tickets to an event instead of 4. Contacted axs on x and got a quick response and quick reply’s to any chase ups. Refund issued and all done very quickly. Person who helped me was really great
