Review Time
I'd think twice aboit buying tickets from this company. I have not received my tickets for an event this weekend. Their email said they would be sent 2 weeks in advance. Having noticed I've not had them, I went to try and find their number. Oh, they don't have a number. Went to live chat. Took 20 minutes for me to get to the end of the queue. Great, there was a real person messaging me. Then person just disappeared and i went to the back of the queue. I later had an email from the customer service. I replied to them, but still nothing. So now I must have spent over an hour and I still don't have my russell kane tickets for this weekend.
Mona saved a lot of time and stress 1hr a before concert! I no longer had access to my old number on the AXS app and I could not log in to access tickets for the concert. The customer service number was already closed and so I emailed instead, not expecting a reply straight away. But luckily Mona sorted it out and we managed to enter the venue with less stress! Very quick and helpful.
Despite AXS trying to help I still do not have my tickets. This is utterly frustrating and so unnecessary. I have wasted my time messing around and got nowhere despite AXS trying to help. Having a ticket provider trying to engage with a venue provider is impossible. How you service thousands of people is beyond me. Where is my ticket???????
