No Tickets.

I ordered tickets to Katy Perry last November, when i ordered the tickets i put the wrong email address in by accident. i have contacted them multiple times and asked them to change my email to the correct one so that i can access my tickets. They confirmed they had changed my email and i received a confirmation email, so i thought it was sorted and have been waiting to receive my tickets. I have not received my tickets, i cannot log in with the correct or incorrect email as the only way to authorise my account is by email. They will not 'rerelease' the tickets to me as they have already been sent out. I will not be buying tickets from AXS ever again. I buy tickets for gigs frequently and i am yet to have an experience as bad as this. I am very disappointed and the team have not been helpful. The concert is tonight and i am still ticketless.

I’m giving due credit where it’s due.My last review of AXS was about the bin fire release of Radiohead tickets at the O2.AXS actually reached out and entered discussions about the situation. 😊Today I got the opportunity to purchase tickets again.Wow, couldn’t have gone any smoother this time round. No bad gateways, no server returning unknown errors and not accusing me of being a bot. So well done AXS for sorting out your IT systems. I’m going to be Dad of the year now for finally managing to get these tickets. 😁🫡

Absolute first class customer service. I had several hours of problems with the customer service text chat and my app to access tickets. Rang and spoke to Mona. She instantly reassured me, worked the problem speedly and with a wonderful friendly manner. Resolved the issue without and additional stress to myself. Customer service is a Joke- a bad one.

I spent £757 on three VIP tickets back in November 2024 for a concert happening tomorrow (October 11th, 2025) — and my order still doesn’t show on the app or website.I contacted customer support twice this week and spent over an hour on chat today with an agent. Despite being told multiple times that “the team is finalising the tickets” and that I would receive them “by yesterday,” nothing has changed.I was also told I would receive logistics details 3–5 days before the concert, but when I asked, the agent just said to “check within 24 hours of the event.” That’s not acceptable for a purchase made almost a year ago.I now have no tickets, no order showing, no email, and no reliable communication — just copy-and-paste responses and empty promises.This is not even about the ticket being VIP, even for the cheapest ticket available this is anything but professional. Extremely disappointing and stressful experience.Update: a representative reached out and now I have received my tickets. Hope this incident can help them evaluate and change their processes so other customers don't fall into the same situation

Could not pay with Amex

Could not pay with Amex, kept saying that it was unable to complete the transaction.So I had to pay by Paypal ( using the same Amex card) and that worked. Bizarre that things don't work properly when paying using their partner Amex

Frustrating & Useless - Avoid

Tried to use AXS to purchase Nine Inch Nails tickets at the 02 in June, was repeatedly blocked from paying using every method i had, lost out on tickets, thankfully a friend was online too and we ended up going. Have just tried purchasing tickets for Mono at the Concorde 2 in Brighton and have been blocked once again despite the technical advice on their website. Gave up, used Dice instead, much quicker, straightforward and painless.
