Great service. When buying tickets it kept saying payment failed when it had actually gone through (unknown to me) so I ended up with 8 tickets to an event instead of 4. Contacted axs on x and got a quick response and quick reply’s to any chase ups. Refund issued and all done very quickly. Person who helped me was really great
i was losing hope of getting a refund has a lot of people state you hardly get a refund, but i spoke to a lovely agent on the live chat called joseph who sorted my refund for me due to family circumstances i would be unable to attend and he refunded me and actually only took a day for the money to drop back in my account , one lesson learned don’t always listen to the bad reviews every case is different so a big thank you to joseph who got this sorted for me ☺️

I realised just a few days before an event that I hadn’t received a booking confirmation. It was incredibly difficult and extremely frustrating to find a priority customer service method of contact on the AXS site but once I did my advisor Elyette was super helpful, and resolved my query with the minimum of fuss. She literally sorted it out within minutes!
