Veronique was amazing today! She went above and beyond to look after me. I was having trouble booking accessible tickets and also having an issue with a previous booking. She sorted both issues out. I had ordered tickets for 9/10/25 and was very concerned I hadn’t received them. Contacted AXS and Farah advised me they had been sent to a deleted mailbox, but Farah was brilliant and redirected them to my current mail address so I now have a very happy wife!,,,,Thanks again Farah
I contacted axs and spoke with lily in regards to making sure my access card details had been added to my account.They had been for one event, but not the second. Lily offered to add everything for me to save having to go through the form filling process again, which was very kind of her. I also made a couple more enquiries about a few venues and lily looked everything up for me. Very polite, efficient and very helpful. Thanks lily!
