Review Time
I recently used AXS to buy tickets, and while it took a little time to hear back from customer service (due to contacting them outside of business hours), they were super helpful once we connected. I had an issue accessing the app, but they quickly resolved it and made the whole process smooth. The website was easy to navigate, and overall, I’m really satisfied with the service.
I'm appalled at how poor this website it. I've been really looking forward to trying to resale tickets for the Radiohead tour, but after just a few attempts at clicking through to events I'm effectively accused of being a bot and prevented from accessing anything. I get the need to prevent bots in general, but their system is clearly flawed as I'm certainly not a bot. Even made sure to only have a single tab open.Terrible experience, what a waste of time. I've never had this issue on other event sites.
I’m glad the instructions were clear on the FAQ page and the live chat was as quick as possible, my problem with account verification was solved in under 10 minutes.I’m also glad that you mentioned on your page when the live chat is active so I didn’t have to wait around the whole day for action to be taken
This is based over all experience and nothing against the advisor that actually helped me on Monday. I’ve not received my payment for my ticket sales still even 20days after the event date.(24days now) I knew there was an issue but I cannot logically make it make sense as to WHY it’s taken me 4!! Advisors to get help and do the proper checks.First advisor I got cut off so conversation ended rather quickly, second advisor was extremely rude and useless stated he didn’t need to look into my account for him to help me and at the same time while I was talking with that Andy I spoke to another advisor called Holly which helped and looking into my order etc etc and stated I would receive my funds by that Friday midday - to which this didn’t happen! This has disrupted my time away because I’ve had to take time out of my holiday to again contact someone to help me and this person was a Gem! It was a typo on my part as to why I didn’t get the funds however what does it take the piss its taken me 4 times to contact your customer services to be able to get some actual help! I cannot logically make it make sense as to why I’ve had to go to such lengths and pester so many times to get help!
absolutely horrible experience with axs customer service. getting told different and conflicting things every time I contact you. And the last few times I tried to get help (because I still hadn’t received my ticket 24 hours before the event), I get no reply until AFTER the event!!!!
