Dont upgrade to lounge pass at indigo 02, its a rip off.

I attended the the event "Lords of laughter. " comedy show at the 02 and paid £113.80 for the experience. As it was my sons birthday gift, I wanted 2 make it special 4 him, and wht better way to do that, than to treat him to the premium experience which 02 was offering, so I purchased the 02 quick passes at an extra £10 each which allows you to by pass the general admission entry line, and enter a private fast track que at their VIP entrance. When really, I meant to purchase the private lounge tickets, giving u access via a private fast queue at £25 each. These tickets also allowed us to the private lounge and private bathroom facilities along with one drink, which could be beer, wine, cider, a soft drink or 1 single house spirit with mixer. The latter seemed like a great offer 2 me. However i discovered wht a rip off these tickets really were. Firstly, upon realising that I had purchased the wrong choice tickets, I got intouch with AXS the promoters in the hope that they would transfer the money i had already paid for the quick passe tickets to purchasing the private lounge pass upgrades instead. They were not helpful at all. I wasn't asking 4 a refund but merely a upgrade transfer using the money that I had already purchased tickets that i didnt want. But they refused and proceeded as if to verbally give me a slap on the wrists, by telling me that its not their fault and that I shud hve been more careful during my online purchase. Great customer services and another rip off. So I had to end up paying a further £25 each 4 two tickets for the upgrade, bearing in mind I had lost £20 in my initial purchase. However if I knew wht I know now. I shud hve just stayed with the £10 tickets instead. Upon door entry, your met with 3 young security guards, whom in my opinion lacked 50% experience in their field.After being searched they gave me and my son a card, which I presumed was some kind of promotion. Thus Failing to tell us wht the card was 4. Little did I know that card was your access 2 a free drink in the private lounge. But the 2nd rip off was wen we got to the bar. 2 my surprise we were not allowed 2 hve local brand named spirits, we could only get non brand spirits which I hadn't heard of and tasted disgusting. This was wht I had paid £50 for. And wen we said we would pay for the known brand drinks eg. Courvoiser and mixer, it cost me £17.15 for just 1 drink. Another rip off. As for access to the private bathroom facilities, this was no different to the toilets that were downstairs for the non VIP guests. On the whole I wish id never had paid £50 for the upgrade lounge tickets, bcos for wht u got 4 it, it wasn't worth it. So dont be fooled into thinking the lounge upgrade tickets are worth buying bcos they offer so much. Bcos in reality, they dont. And you will be wasting yr money like I did. Im due to go to the whahala comedy clash on the 25th October and I shall not be purchasing the private lounge tickets now I know wht I didnt know then.
