Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Tried to sell tickets through the app, but then they were mysteriously withdrawn. Now I can't access my tickets at all, and so I can't transfer or sell them. Tried to contact them via their chat bot, but ended up in a doom loop. They say their customer service team is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, but it all it does is give you a form to fill out, and they say they will get back to you as soon as possible. 3 days later, still nothing. What am I supposed to?
