Last customer service person helpful and sorted issue. However took 4 customer services chats, over 45 mins. Each time in chat had to exit chat to follow instructions and therefore unable to return to chat when issue not resolved, meaning had to go through all chat process again. Only last chat was it explained that advice was NOT related to ovo arena app (despite initiating chat in ovo app) but to axs app!! This should have been identified earlier and also app should be clearer. Very frustrating experience.
