I have tried to log in to may account for a week and all I can see is that my phone number is either not valid (but it is!) or Ups, something went wrong, try again. Customer support is robot who suggested to contact via e-mail. I have done it two times but nobody answered.

******Rip-Off ****** Bought two tickets through these rip-off merchants costing £45 and was charge another £12 in booking fees, transaction fees and rip-off fees. What does this firm do to justify these fees.
