I have autism and I'm a wheelchair user I struggle to communicate and joe/ joseph was very patient and respectful to my needs and actually went above and beyond to get the answers I needed and came back with a better solution that I have never been offered...Really appreciate everything you did thank you so much
After two days of trying to access my tickets and trying to contact customer service with no success, they’ve sent me again my tickets, randomly without answering my queries. On Sunday at 6pm. When the event started. Of course I’ve missed it and lost my money as they don’t do any refunds. I did find this experience very unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend them.
I spoke with a wonderfully supportive advisor called Kat, what an absolute angel! She went above and beyond to support my accessible needs and to search for tickets that were suitable for me! What an outstanding service and what an asset she is to the service!
